Privacy
Your data, kept to the minimum.
Nothing is registered here for anybody else, so there is very little personal data to hold. What there is, why it is held, and what you can ask to be done with it.
- No cookies
- No analytics or tracking
- Questions: [email protected]
In brief
- The data controller is Stanislav Sauliak, Soborna St. 43, Smt. Kryzhopil, Vinnytsia region, 24600, Ukraine.
- Nothing a visitor types is recorded here: these pages carry no form at all.
- A .UK registration cannot exist without registrant details at Nominet, which runs the registry. Under this tag those details are Stanislav’s own.
- Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
What is held and why
| Data | Why it is needed | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your email and what you write in it | To answer your question or request | Steps you ask for before a contract, or legitimate interest in replying |
| Registrant name, postal address, email, phone for the names on this tag | A .UK registration cannot exist without them. Here they are the registrar’s own, not a visitor’s | Legal obligation and Nominet’s rules |
| Server access records, including the visiting address | Keeping the site working and resisting automated abuse | Legitimate interest |
| Complaint and abuse report details | To investigate and respond | Legitimate interest and Nominet’s rules |
No form exists on these pages, so nothing reaches the server: neither a request log nor a consent file is created. Passport, bank card and bank account details are never asked for through this site or by email.
Who receives it
- Nominet UK receives registrant details for every .UK domain. Nominet decides what appears in its public lookup services under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides the email service used for [email protected], so emails you send are stored on its servers.
- Website hosting: Friendhosting (Netherlands). The server’s own logs, which may include IP addresses, sit on its machines.
- Cloudflare sits between you and the server, so every request travels through it: it knows where the visit came from and which page was opened. Its own privacy policy governs that.
- Police, courts or regulators, only where the law requires it.
Because Stanislav Sauliak is based in Ukraine, personal data is processed there, outside the UK.
How long it is kept
- Messages in the mailbox that led nowhere: deleted after 6 months.
- Registration records for the names on this tag: while the name stays under tag KREVIUM, plus 6 years.
- Server access logs: as long as the hosting company keeps them, which is not decided here.
- Complaints and abuse reports: 3 years from the day a case ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit its use, or to object to it being used. Write to [email protected]. You get a reply within one month.
While a name is still registered, Nominet requires the registrant details to stay on record, so those can only come off once the registration ends.
